Oorsprong: Frankrijk (typisch ontwerp van de gerenommeerde fabrikant André Romain Guilmet in Parijs of zijn kring/opvolgers, die de beroemde serie Franse industriële klokken creëerden).

Dit is een multifunctioneel meesterwerk van precisie-mechanica (compendiumklok):
Het uurwerk (locomotiefcabine):
Ingebouwd in de cabine van de locomotief.
Wijzerplaat van porselein/emaille met Romeinse cijfers, sierlijke rood/gouden versieringen en opengewerkte wijzers.
Opwindgaten voor het gangwerk en het slagwerk (typisch 8-daags uurwerk).
Barometer (ketel):
Een aneroïde barometer bevindt zich in het midden van de ketel.
Labels in het Engels (Stormachtig, Regen, Verandering, Mooi weer, Zeer droog) met drukmeter.
Thermometer (schoorsteen):
In de schoorsteen bevindt zich een lange kwik/alcoholthermometer met schaalverdeling.
Basis en mechaniek:
De basis is gemaakt van zwart marmer op messing voetjes met een gesimuleerd railsysteem.
Gedetailleerde stangen, wielen, bel, leuningen en zuigers.
